FOR LEASE: HOME VALLEY STORE in Home Valley   (Columbia River Gorge, WA)
The Store
Tackle Wall

After seventeen years of providing Home Valley, WA
with a convenience store, fishermen with their bait and tackle,
hikers with their passes and water,
campers with everything they need,
and travelers with gas and snacks, we want to retire.
It has been fun. We did it with great pleasure.
But after a total of twenty-five years in the retail business,
we have lost our passion
In the hope to keep the business going, we like to sell our store.

We chose for a combination of fishing tackle, bait, groceries,
and camping gear, but the store could be converted into an
art-studio, office, living space, brewpub, restaurant,
repair shop, wine-tasting, surfshop, etc.

The zoning is commercial, so bring your ideas.

Asking price $ 489,000.-
All inventory, equipment, supplies, goodwill and
real estate included.
Real estate/equipment/goodwill: $ 425,000
Inventory about $ 64,000

Owner is willing to carry a contract for qualified buyer
with large down payment.
